Customer satisfaction is our goal.
Quality Products
We carry only quality products. We are constantly testing and inspecting received products to insure that quality is maintained. We package all products carefully to prevent shipping damage.
Damaged / defective product

Although we try to prevent this, sometimes things happen. if any item in your purchase is damaged or fails to function correctly, contact us immediately; you can return it to us. You do not need to contact the factory for repairs unless you prefer to do so. On return, you have the following options:

  • If in-stock, we will send a replacement.
  • If out-of-stock, we will handle the repair for you and expedite it.
  • If out-of-stock, you have the option for a refund.

For defective and damaged items, we pay return shipping. If you send it to the factory, we will pay for shipping to the factory. It is our responsibility to put an undamaged, fully functional product in your hands.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be 100 percent satisfied with your purchase. If this item does not meet your expectations, contact us within 5 days of receipt. You may return the item to us. All it costs you is the return shipping. There is never a restock charge.

All order and credit card information entered on this site is encrypted for your security. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server.

International Shipping

Generally we use International Priority Mail for International shipping. For small shipments, we can use 1st Class International Mail to save money. 1st Class cannot be selected from the website at this time and is best utilized by email ordering. If a small order is placed through the website, we have the ability to adjust the shipping fees to 1st class and adjust the shipping expense before charging the credit card. 1st Class International shipping from the website will be available in the future.

Note: A full retail customs invoice will be included for all International orders. we regret that we are unable to write reduced customs declarations.
