Although we try to prevent this, sometimes things happen. if any item in your purchase is damaged or fails to function correctly, contact us immediately; you can return it to us. You do not need to contact the factory for repairs unless you prefer to do so. On return, you have the following options:
- If in-stock, we will send a replacement.
- If out-of-stock, we will handle the repair for you and expedite it.
- If out-of-stock, you have the option for a refund.
For defective and damaged items, we pay return shipping. If you send it to the factory, we will pay for shipping to the factory. It is our responsibility to put an undamaged, fully functional product in your hands.
