Enhanced Bass Speaker with Enclosure
Enhanced Bass 8 ohm speaker. This speaker increases the bass in diesel engine sounds, and deepens the chuff for steam engines. Out-performs standard speaker. Very good performing speaker for its size.

This speaker is slightly too wide to fit into the shell of most HO scale, modern diesels made by Athearn, Kato, Atlas and others. Before ordering, check your shell's inside width. The depth is only 8.5 mm and fits nicely; It usually clears the frame without modifications. Has very good sound and volume. We give this speaker a very high rating. This speaker is the same speaker as the 40 mm x 18.5 mm speaker but the width has not been trimmed. It is a cheaper alternative if the extra 1.5 mm is not a problem.
