Each set has a banana jacks on one end and alligator clips on the other. The RRampMeter 3 is the same unit as RRampmeter 2 except it includes a battery backup that allows it to measure circuits where the voltage is below 7 volts. The RRampMeter 2 makes for easy walk-around measurements of layout voltage drops, accurate booster output setup to optimum voltages for decoders and sound units. The RRampMeter can also be mounted in a panel and connected to booster output for constant track voltage and amperage monitoring The only inexpensive device that accurately measures DCC Volts/Amps.
