Ulrich Models LED Upgrade Kit for the Athearn Southern Pacific U50 The purpose of the LED Upgrade is improve the Athearn U50 model lighting so it is brighter and more prototypical. This is done by replacing the dim bulbs with bright, sunny white LEDs. Other benefits include: Prototypical Bright Lighting Elimination of inevitable light bulb failures Operating LED Mars Light (red Emergency Light is not supported) Mars light connector so shell can be separated from frame and electronics The kit uses the Ulrich Models LED Lighting Resistor board with the headlight, backup and Mars LEDs already connected.
